中药结合内热针治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药内服结合内热针治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法将72例强直性脊柱炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。治疗组采用中药内服结合内热针治疗,对照组采用口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片和双氯芬酸钠肠溶片治疗。治疗1个月后评定临床疗效,同时测定脊柱疼痛评分与夜间疼痛评分、脊柱活动功能的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者脊柱疼痛评分与夜间疼痛评分治疗后均有下降趋势,但治疗组下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Schober实验与胸廓活动度均有一定程度改善,但是治疗组改善较为显著(P<0.05)。结论中药结合内热针治疗能显著改善患者脊柱运动功能与疼痛,且临床疗效明显优于口服西药治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with internal heat acupuncture in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 72 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with internal administration of TCM combined with internal heat acupuncture,control group was treated with oral salazosulfapyridine tablets and sodium diclofenac enteric-coated tablets. After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the changes of spinal pain score,nocturnal pain score and spinal motor function were measured at the same time. Results The total effective rate was 91.7% in treatment group and 83.3% in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Spinal pain score and nighttime pain score of patients in both groups showed a downward trend after treatment,but the decline was more obvious in treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Schober experiment and thoracic activity were improved to some extent in both groups,and the improvement was significant in treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM combined with internal heat acupuncture can significantly improve spinal motor function and pain in patients, and the clinical effect is significantly better than oral western medicine treatment.
