复方当归注射液穴位注射联合光子嫩肤仪、调Q激光治疗面部黄褐斑临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方当归注射液穴位注射联合光子嫩肤仪、调Q激光治疗面部黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选择湖北省中医院美容科门诊就诊的面部黄褐斑患者84例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用复方当归注射液穴位注射治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合光子嫩肤仪及调Q激光治疗。治疗前后分别采用VISIA皮肤检测仪图像分析患者相关指标评分,采用SOFT5.5皮肤检测仪对皮肤性质进行检测,观察两组治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前VISIA皮肤图像各项评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),在治疗后两组患者症状均得到明显改善,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前在pH、水分、弹性等指标上比较无差异性(P>0.05),治疗后观察组在各项指标上明显优于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论采用复方当归注射液穴位注射联合光子嫩肤仪、调Q激光治疗面部黄褐斑,对于改善患者皮肤屏障功能、患者色素沉着、肤质有明显效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of compound angelica injection combined with photon rejuvenation instrument and Q-switched laser in treatment of facial chloasma. Methods 84 cases of patients with facial chloasma were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated with acupoint injection of compound angelica injection, observation group was treated with photon rejuvenation instrument and Q-switched laser on the basis of control group. The related index scores were analyzed by VISIA skin detector image before and after treatment, skin properties were detected by SOFT 5.5 skin detector to observe the therapeutic effects. Results There was no significant difference in VISIA skin image scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the symptoms of both groups were significantly improved, and the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05);there was no difference in pH, moisture and elasticity in the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and the above indicators in post-treatment observation group were significantly better than those in control group after treatment and observation group before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The acupoint injection of compound angelica injection combined with photon rejuvenation instrument and Q- switched laser has obvious effects on improving the skin barrier function, pigmentation and skin quality in treatment of facial chloasma, which is worthy of clinical application.
