摘 要:本文采用2002~2016年中国30个省市的面板数据,建立SYS-GMM动态面板模型,实证检验了产业集聚对绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究表明:生产性服务业集聚和制造业集聚均会显著促进绿色全要素生产率提升,并且生产性服务业集聚的促进作用更大。生产性服务业集聚主要通过提高绿色技术效率和绿色技术进步来提升绿色全要素生产率,而制造业集聚主要通过促进绿色技术效率来提升绿色全要素生产率。分地区的研究表明,生产性服务业集聚对东部绿色全要素生产率的促进作用小于中西部;制造业集聚促进东部绿色全要素生产率的提升,而对中西部绿色全要素生产率的影响不显著。经济发展水平、能源结构、外商直接投资显著抑制了绿色全要素生产率提升,城市化水平和人力资本水平对绿色全要素生产率有显著促进作用。Using the dynamic panel data model and panel data for China’s 30 provinces from 2002 to 2016, this paper evaluates the impact of industry agglomeration on green total factor productivity. The results show that: Producer services agglomeration and manufacturing agglomeration both can help to promote green total factor productivity, but the promotion of producer services agglomeration is more effective. Producer services agglomeration promotes green total factor productivity through green technological efficiency and green technological progress, while manufacturing agglomeration promotes green total factor productivity through green technological efficiency. Sub-regional regression results show that the producer service industrial agglomeration has less promotion effect on green total factor productivity in the east than in the central and western regions. Manufacturing agglomeration promotes the improvement of green total factor productivity in the east, and has no significant impact on the green total factor productivity in the central and western regions. The economic development level,energy structure,and foreign direct investment can significantly inhibit the growth of green total factor productivity, but the urbanization level and human capital level can significantly promote green total factor productivity.
