摘 要:本文利用2010~2016年省级医药制造业面板数据,基于地区高端资源错配视角构建门槛模型,实证分析产业转移驱动创新绩效的非线性作用机理。实证结果表明:中国27个地区均存在着不同程度的高端资源错配,且错配情况近年来没有明显改善;产业转移驱动创新绩效的效应显著受限于地区高端资源错配程度,存在双重门槛效应,随着门槛水平的提升,产业转移对创新绩效的影响由促进变为抑制。最后,本文结合医药制造业行业特点,从深化市场改革、加强东西部地区联动、合理引导要素转移和优化营商环境等方面提出提升医药制造业创新绩效的建议。This paper uses the 2010-2016 provincial pharmaceutical manufacturing panel data to build a threshold model based on regional high-end resource misallocation perspective, and empirically analyzes the nonlinear mechanism of industrial transfer-driven innovation performance. The results show that there are different levels of high-end resource misallocation in 27 regions of China, and the mismatch situation has not improved significantly in recent years, the relationship between industrial transfer and innovation performance is significantly limited by the misallocation degree of high-end resources, and there is a double threshold effect. With the increase of threshold value, the impact of industrial transfer on innovation performance is from promotion to inhibition. Finally, this paper combines the characteristics of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and proposes to improve the innovation performance of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from deepening market reforms, strengthening the linkage between the eastern and western regions,rationally guiding the transfer of pharmaceutical manufacturing factors,and optimizing the business environment.
