摘  要:为实现高精度、大范围的脉冲激光测距,设计了基于最小分辨率45 ps的专用计时芯片TDC-GP22的脉冲激光测距系统。详细介绍了TDC-GP22的工作原理和外围电路,论述并采用了校准测量方式,提高系统精度,同时采用高性能放大电路和超高速比较电路进行滤波整形,降低系统噪声。对0~25 000 ns的时间间隔进行实验测量可实现46 ps的测量分辨率,测量范围内线性度良好。测距实验结果表明:系统可实现0. 046 m精度的脉冲激光测距。通过消光比测试法对系统最大量程进行测试,结果表明系统最大量程为3. 391 8 km。In order to achieve high precision and wide range of pulsed laser ranging, a pulsed laser ranging system based on a dedicated timing chip TDC-GP22 with a minimum resolution of 45 ps is designed. The working principle and peripheral circuit of TDC-GP22 are introduced in detail. The calibration measurement method is discussed and adopted to improve the system accuracy. At the same time, high -performance amplifier circuit and ultra-high -speed comparison circuit are used for filtering and shaping to reduce system noise. The experimental measurement of the time interval from 0 to 25 000 ns can achieve a measurement resolution of 46 ps, and the linearity within the measurement range is good. The results of the ranging experiment show that the system can achieve pulsed laser ranging with a precision of 0. 046 m. The maximum range of the system was tested by the extinction ratio test method. The results show that the maximum range of the system is 3. 391 8 km.
