摘  要:目的:利用红外热像观察水滤波红外光联合银质针导热疗法治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:筛选并采用数字随机表法将慢性非特异性下腰痛患者分为两组,实验组采用水滤波红外光联合银质针导热疗法方案,对照组采用氦氖激光照射联合银质针导热疗法方案。采集并记录所有患者治疗前后的红外热图、VAS与JOA评分。结果:对比分析结果为实验组的红外热像温度值、VAS以及JOA评分优于对照组,呈现出显著性差异,P<0. 05。结论:水滤波红外光联合银质针治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛中具有更好的疗效,利用红外热像评价水滤波红外光联合银质针导热疗法治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效直观且有效。Objective: Water-filtered infrared light has a good therapeutic effect on deep chronic pain,and infra- red thermography is used to observe the effect of water-filtered infrared light combined with silver needle heat conduc- tion treatment on treating chronic nonspecific waist pain. Method: Patients with waist pain were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each. The experimental group adopted water-filtered infrared light therapeutic with silver needle heat conduction for chronic nonspecific waist pain. The control group was treated with low energy Ne-He laser irradiation combined with silver needle heat conduction treatment of chronic nonspecific waist pain. Infrared light thermography temperature images,VAS and JOA scores were recorded. Result: The results showed that the infrared thermography temperature images,VAS and JOA scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and showed significant difference,P<0. 05. Conclusion: High energy water-filtered infrared light thermalgraphy has better effect on chronic nonspecific waist pain. Infrared thermalgraphy is used to evaluate the clinical effect of water-filtered infrared light therapeutic combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy for chronic non- specific waist pain,which is intuitive and effective.
