外用散剂治疗下肢慢性溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察外用散剂治疗下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2014年9月至2017年1月门诊治疗的60例下肢慢性溃疡患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组各30例。常规消毒处理后,治疗组予外用散剂(枯矾、樟丹、生龙骨等)外撒,1次/d;对照组予康复新液湿敷,1次/d。均应用4周,观察2组临床总有效率,以及治疗前后溃疡面积、病情严重程度评分、中医症状体征评分情况和用药安全性。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率80.00%。治疗前后2组自身比较,溃疡面积均有所缩小,病情严重程度评分、中医症状体征评分均降低(P<0.05)。治疗后2组间比较,溃疡面积、病情严重程度评分有较大差异,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在治疗中均未观察到不良反应。结论外用散剂治疗下肢慢性溃疡确有疗效,能缩小溃疡面积,改善病情,且安全无副作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of external powder to treat lower extremity chronic ulcer.Methods Sixty patients with lower extremity chronic ulcers from September 2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.After routine disinfection treatment,the treatment group was externally sprinkled(Kufan,Zhangdan,Shenglonggu,etc.),1 time/d;the control group was treated with Kangfuxin wet,1 time/d.The treatment lasted 4 weeks.The total effective rate of the two groups was observed,as well as the ulcer area before and after treatment,the severity of the disease,the score of TCM symptoms and signs,and the safety of medication.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.Before and after treatment,the ulcer area was reduced,and the severity of the disease and the scores of TCM symptoms were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer area and severity of disease were significantly different between the two groups.The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in either group during treatment.Conclusion External use of powder for the treatment of lower extremity chronic ulcers has curative effect,which could reduce the ulcer area and improve the condition,as well as safe and has no side effects.
