摘  要:为分析抗早衰甜瓜种质资源的遗传多样性及其亲缘关系,加速甜瓜种质资源遗传改良,本研究以抗早衰程度不同的26份甜瓜种质资源为材料,利用相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)分子标记对其基因组进行扩增,结果显示,筛选出的19对引物共扩增出395个位点,其中多态性位点217个,多态性比率达55%。采用非加权组平均法(UPGMA)聚类分析表明:遗传相似系数范围在0.42~1.00之间,以遗传系数0.73为界值,可将26份甜瓜种质划分为4个类群,抗早衰型和早衰型甜瓜亲缘关系最远。抗早衰型甜瓜的Nei's基因多样性指数(H)和Shannon's信息指数(I)分别为0.090 4和0.133 6,说明抗早衰型材料遗传背景狭窄,甜瓜抗早衰育种要取得突破性进展,需加强遗传多样性丰富的新种质的融入。In order to analyze the genetic diversity and relationship of anti-premature germplasm resources of melon and accelerate the genetic improvement of germplasm resources of melon.In this study,26 melon germplasm resources with different anti-premature degrees were used as the materials.The genome of melon germplasms were amplified with SRAP markers,and the results showed that 19 primer combinations generated totally 395 bands,of which 217 were polymorphic,and the polymorphism rate was 55%.The unweighted pair group method with arithmetic average(UPGMA)cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.42 to 1.00,and the 26 melon germplasms were classified into four categories at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.73.Anti-premature type of melon and the premature type showed high genetic distance,and Nei's genetic diversity index(H)and Shannon's information index(I)of the anti-premature type of melon were 0.090 4 and 0.133 6 respectively,which demonstrated that anti-premature type had a narrow genetic base.In order to make a breakthrough of anti-premature breeding of melon,new genetic diversity of melon germplasm should be introduced.
