针刺结合康复训练对中风偏瘫的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的对在中风偏瘫患者的临床治疗中采用针刺结合康复训练的效果进行分析和评价。方法选择我院在2017年5月-2018年6月期间收治的中风偏瘫患者共计110例作为研究对象,以硬币法为依据将上述患者随机分为两组,对照组55例,观察组55例。采用早期康复训练方式对对照组患者予以治疗,在对照组的基础上采用针刺治疗的方式对观察组患者予以治疗,分析和比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组和观察组治疗前的Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel评分相比差异不显著(P>0.05),对照组治疗后的Fugl-Meyer评分为(68.44±5.73)分,Barthel评分为(66.27±4.38)分,观察组治疗后的Fugl-Meyer评分为(87.06±5.21)分,Barthel评分为(80.22±4.95)分,观察组治疗后的Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel评分明显优于对照组,两组患者相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用针刺结合康复训练的方式治疗中风偏瘫效果确切,能够加快患者功能恢复,并且提升其生活能力。Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the clinical treatment of patients with hemiplegia due to stroke. Methods A total of 110 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin method, 55 in the control group and 55 in the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with early rehabilitation training. The patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group before the treatment of Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel score (P > 0.05). The Fugl-Meyer score of the control group was (68.44±5.73) and the Barthel score was (66.27±4.38). The Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was (87.06±5.21) and the Barthel score was (80.22±4.95). The Fugl- Meyer score and Barthel score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective in treating stroke hemiplegia, which can accelerate the recovery of patients' function and improve their living ability.
