摘  要:目的探讨淋病奈瑟菌的实验室检测方法。方法选择2017年1月-2019年5月期间在本院行淋病奈瑟菌感染检测的60例疑似淋病奈瑟菌感染患者。60例患者的待测样本分为两份,分别进行实时荧光定量PCR检测和细菌培养检测。统计不同检验标本的两种检测方式诊断结果,对比分析两者阳性检出率,并分析实时荧光定量PCR检测与细菌培养检测法诊断结果的符合率。结果实时荧光定量PCR检测阳性率(85.00%)低于细菌培养检测法(91.67%),但是无显著差异(P>0.05);实时荧光定量PCR检测与细菌培养检测法诊断符合率高达91.67%(55/60),5例患者漏诊。结论实时荧光定量PCR检测对于淋病奈瑟菌的检测准确性较好,且具有操作简便、检测快速等优点,可与培养检测方法互相补充,进一步提高检测准确性和效率。Objective To investigate the laboratory detection method of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Methods Sixty patients with suspected Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection were tested in the hospital from January 2017 to May 2019. The samples to be tested in 60 patients were divided into two, and real-time PCR and bacterial culture were performed. The diagnostic results of the two detection methods of different test specimens were statistically analyzed, and the positive detection rates of the two test samples were compared, and the coincidence rate between the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection and the bacterial culture detection method was analyzed. Results The positive rate of real-time PCR (85.00%)was lower than that of bacterial culture test (91.67%), but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). The coincidence rate of real-time PCR and bacterial culture detection was as high as 91.67%(55/60), 5 patients were missed diagnosis. Conclusion Real-time quantitative PCR detection has good detection accuracy for Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and it has the advantages of simple operation and rapid detection. It can complement the culture detection method and further improve the detection accuracy and efficiency.
