颈动脉彩超检查在健康体检中的意义探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨颈动脉彩超检查在健康体检中的意义。方法随机选取2010年8月-2018年8月我院健康体检人员1000例,对所有人员进行颈动脉彩超检查,分析1000例健康体检人员的颈动脉彩超检查结果,并统计分析不同性别、年龄健康体检人员的颈动脉斑块发生情况。结果1000例健康体检人员中,颈动脉彩超检查内膜中层增厚108例,内膜粗糙252例,斑块84例,分别占总数的10.8%、25.2%、8.4%。斑块84例中,在斑块性质方面,54例为软斑,12例为硬斑,18例为混合斑,发生率分别为64.3%、14.3%、21.4%;男性健康体检人员的颈动脉斑块发生率显著高于女性(P<0.05),30~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁、61~70岁健康体检人员的颈动脉斑块发生率逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉彩超检查在健康体检中的意义重大,能够将颈动脉粥样硬化筛查出来,且男性颈动脉斑块发生率高于女性,随着年龄的增长,颈动脉斑块发生率逐渐提升,值得临床充分重视。Objective To explore the significance of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasonography in health examination. Methods 1 000 cases of health examinees in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2018 were randomly selected. Carotid artery color Doppler ultrasonography was performed on all health examinees. The results of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasonography of 1 000 health examinees were analyzed, and the occurrences of carotid artery plaque of health examinees of different genders and ages were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 1 000 cases of health examinees, 108 cases had intima-media thickening, 252 cases had rough intima and 84 cases had plaque, accounted for 10.8%, 25.2%, 8.4% respectively. Among the 84 plaque cases, 54 cases were soft plaque, 12 cases were hard plaque, 18 cases were mixed plaque, the incidences of plaque were 64.3%, 14.3%, 21.4% respectively;The incidence of carotid plaque of men was significantly higher than women (P < 0.05). The incidence of carotid plaque were gradually increased in healthy people aged 30~40 years, 41~50 years, 51~60 years and 61~70 years(P < 0.05). Conclusion Carotid artery color Doppler ultrasonography is of great significance in health examination and can screen carotid atherosclerosis. The incidence of carotid plaque in males is higher than that in females. With the increase of age, the incidence of carotid plaque increases gradually, which deserves full attention in clinic.
