摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)在泌尿科腹腔镜手术护理中的应用效果。方法收集2017年7月-2018年7月期间在我院泌尿外科行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者136例。根据患者入院顺序进行编号,单号者纳入对照组,双号者纳入ERAS组,每组68例。对照组行常规的围手术期护理,ERAS组行ERAS护理干预,对比两组的胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及手术并发症(出血、感染、发热、腹胀)发生情况。结果ERAS组胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围手术期应用ERAS护理理念,能促进患者康复,缩短住院时间,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) in urology laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 136 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our urology department from July 2017 to July 2018 were collected. The patients were numbered according to the order of admission, the single number was included in the control group, and the double number was included in the ERAS group, 68 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine perioperative care, and the ERAS group underwent ERAS nursing intervention to compare the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the time of getting out of bed, the length of hospital stay, and the complications of surgery (bleeding, infection, fever, bloating). Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, time of getting out of bed, and hospitalization time in the ERAS group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of ERAS nursing concept in the perioperative period of urologic laparoscopic surgery can promote the rehabilitation of patients and shorten the length of hospital stay, which is worthy of clinical reference.
