摘 要:功能梯度材料因其优良的热力学特性,在高温高压、大温差服役环境中的换热器管板制造过程中得到了广泛应用。目前,对功能梯度材料管板应力的求解都是基于弹性理论中的经典板理论求得。为此,利用物理中面概念,将材料的各向异性问题转化到经典板理论中,建立法兰连接且不兼做法兰的功能梯度材料管板的应力分布计算公式及管板危险点应力的求解公式,并采用ABAQUS对其进行压力载荷下的有限元分析,验证理论解的合理性。With the rapid development of industry,functionally graded materials have been widely used in the manufacture of heat exchanger tubesheets in high temperature,high pressure and large temperature difference service environments due to their excellent thermodynamic properties.At present,the solution to the stress of the tubesheet of functionally graded materials is based on the classical plate theory in the elastic theory.To this end,the concept of physical mid-surface was used to transform the anisotropy problem of materials into the classical plate theory,and establish the stress distribution calculation formula of the tubesheet of the functionally graded material with flange connection and not acting as a flange and the formula for solving the stress of tubesheet at dangerous points.These formulae were analyzed by finite element analysis under pressure load using ABAQUS to verify the rationality of the theoretical solution.
