摘 要:以冷旋压高压气瓶瓶底结构为研究对象,气瓶材料为34CrMo4H高强度合金,采用有限元法,对各载荷工况条件下瓶底的应力分布进行分析,结合相关的强度设计标准对瓶底结构进行强度分析,并对高压气瓶瓶底结构进行了优化。结果表明:瓶底结构满足强度要求,所产生冷旋压气瓶的爆破压力远小于设计极限压力,且还有相当的安全裕量;在满足气瓶强度要求的条件下,提出了一种更为合理的冷旋压高压气瓶的瓶底结构,从而为冷旋压高压气瓶的优化改进提供了技术支撑。By taking bottom structure of cold spin formed high pressure cylinder made of34CrMo4H alloy as the research object,the stress distribution on the bottom structure of the high pressure cylinder under different load conditions was analyzed by finite element method (FEM),the strength of bottom structure of the cylinder was analyzed in combination with relevant strength design standards,and the bottom structure of the cylinder was optimized.The results indicate that the bottom structure of the high pressure cylinder satisfies the strength requirement,the burst pressure of the high pressure cylinder is far lower than the design limit pressure,and has substantial safety margin.Furthermore,under the condition of satisfying the strength requirement of the gas cylinder,a more rational bottom structure of the high pressure cylinder was proposed,which provides a solid technical support for the optimization design of the cold spin formed high pressure cylinder.
