摘　　要：长管拖车、管束式集装箱是指将多个大容积无缝气瓶固定在走行装置或框架内,用来运输压缩气体的移动式压力容器,且每只气瓶一般要求设置安全泄放装置。针对容器的使用工况、大容积无缝气瓶的失效模式、充装介质的危险特性,以及安全泄放装置的性能和失效特点,结合CGAS-1.1的相关技术要求,探讨如何对这些运输设备上大容积气瓶的安全泄放装置进行类型选择和规格确定,为合理设置安全泄放装置提供参考。Tube trailers and tube skid containers refer to such transportable pressure vessels where multiple large-volume seamless steel gas cylinders are fixed in the walking device or frame and used for transportation of compressed gas.Each gas cylinder on the transportable equipment is normally required to be equipped with a safety relief device.In view of the working conditions of the vessel,the failure mode of the large-volume seamless steel gas cylinder,the dangerous characteristics of the filling medium,and the performance and failure characteristics of the safety relief device and in combination with the relevant technical requirements of CGA S-1.1,this paper discusses the type selection and specification determination of safety relief device for large-volume gas cylinders on the transport equipment,which provides reference for rational setting of safety relief devices.
