摘 要:有砟铁路利用捣固机养护轨道时,捣固作业参数的选取尤为重要,不同道床的道砟级配不同会影响捣固作业参数的选取,捣固作业参数选取不当会影响捣固效果,严重时还会损伤道床影响轨道使用寿命.文中利用EDEM离散元软件,以对捣固作业影响最大的振幅和频率作为研究变量,以道床密实程度和道砟的破碎量作为评价标准,研究不同级配道床捣固作业参数的优化.结果表明,窄级配的道床采用大振幅、低频率的捣固参数时,捣固的效果较好,宽级配的道床采用小振幅、高频率的捣固参数时,捣固的效果较好.The selection of tamping operation parameters is particularly important when ballasted railways use tamping machines to maintain the track. Different ballast gradations of different ballast tamping will affect the selection of tamping operation parameters. Improper selection of tamping operation parameters will affect the tamping effect, and even damage the ballast tamping and the service life of the track. In this paper, EDEM discrete element software was used to study the optimization of tamping operation parameters of ballast tamping with different gradations. Taking the compaction degree of ballast tamping and the amount of crushed ballast as evaluation criteria, the optimization of tamping operation parameters of ballast tamping with different gradations was studied. The results show that the tamping effect is better when the tamping parameters of large amplitude and low frequency are adopted for narrow gradation ballast tamping, and the tamping effect is better when the tamping parameters of small amplitude and high frequency are adopted for wide gradation ballast tamping.
