摘　　要：越地自古山水秀丽,人文荟萃,区域经济繁荣,氤氲千年文脉延绵不绝,独特的山水与地域文化形成特有的联动关系。越茶作为越地山水和文化最具有代表性的农业经济作物,不但经济效益明显,对越地产业经济、社会生活和文化融通也产生重要影响,在茶历史、制茶技术和茶品类等方面同样开创了地区甚至是中华茶史的新篇章;越茶与越地经济、文化和社会之间特殊的关系为越地历史问题和文化现象研究提供了新视角。Since ancient times, Yue region had been a place with beautiful scenery, outstanding talents, prosperous economy and rich culture, and there was a special relationship between its geographical environment and regional culture. Tea in Yue reigion, as the most representative agricultural cash crop, not only promoted the development of local economy, but also opened a new chapter in aspects of tea history, tea-making technology and tea varieties for Yue region even for Chinese tea history as a whole. And the special relationship between the economy, culture and society there has provided a new perspective for the research of historical problems and cultural phenomenon in Yue region.
