摘 要:研究了用漂珠等体积替代天然河砂制备轻质砂浆,替代比例为10%~40%。测试了漂珠掺量对轻质砂浆抗压、抗折强度、表观密度和吸水率的影响。研究结果表明,在砂浆中掺入漂珠可直接降低试块表观密度,最大降低幅度为15.4%,可减轻自重335.9kg/m^3;漂珠掺量越大,砂浆抗压和抗折强度降低幅度也越大,早期降低幅度最高,28d降低幅度减小;在40%掺量下,砂浆28d抗压强度和抗折强度分别降低16.3%和14.6%。可见,使用漂珠替代一定体积天然河砂制备砂浆,可在不显著降低其力学强度的同时显著减轻材料自重。This paper has investigated the preparation of lightweight mortars by replacing sand by cenospheres in volume.The substitution ratios ranged from 10% to 40%.Influences of the amount of cenospheres on the compressive strength, rupture strength, apparent density and water absorption were examined.It was found that the apparent density of mortars can be directly reduced by incorporating cenospheres, and a maximum 15.4% of apparent density was achieved when 40% cenospheres was added, which contributed to a mass reduction of mortars by 335.9 kg/m^3.Moreover, the incorporation of cenospheres reduced the mechanical strength of mortars.However, this decreasing tendency in compressive strength and rupture strength of lightweight mortars was mitigated by longer curing time.Finally, when 40% cenospheres was used, the reductions of 28 d compressive strength and rupture strength of lightweight mortars were just 16.3% and 14.6%, respectively.It is thus concluded that cenospheres can be fractional substitution for natural sand to prepare mortars with reduced densities but without obviously compromising the mechanical strength.
