摘　　要：基于满足北京市不动产登记信息查询量大的需求,搭建了不动产登记网上服务平台,提供了不动产登记信息网上查询服务,实现了权利人查询、利害关系人查询以及任何人查询,可即时提交申请或线上当即生成《不动产登记信息查询结果告知单》,支持在线预览、下载及打印查询结果单,满足了申请人在互联网平台直接准确、快速查询不动产登记信息的需求。Based on meet the needs of large amount inquiries of the real estate registration information in Beijing,sets up the real estate registration online service platform,provides the online inquiry service of the real estate registration information,to realize the inquiry of rights holder,the inquiry of interested party and the inquiry of any person,can submit a query application immediately or online generate the real estate registration information inquiry result sheet immediately,support online preview,download and print the inquiry results list,to satisfy directly for the applicant the needs of the inquiry of the real estate registration information on the Internet platform accurately and quickly.
