摘  要:为了提高铬青铜QCr0.5材料的硬度和导电率,针对其固溶时效热处理工艺做了大量实验,总结了一套提高其硬度和导电率的热处理工艺,通过总结发现影响产品质量最主要的因素是,固溶时效的保温温度和时间,除此之外冷却方式和工件装夹方式也很重要。In order to improve the hardness and conductivity of chromium bronze QCr0.5 material, a lot of experiments have been done for its solution aging heat treatment process;a set of heat treatment technology was summarized to improve its hardness and conductivity. Based on the summary, it is found that the most important factor affecting product quality is heat preservation temperature and time of solid solution aging. In addition, cooling mode and clamping mode of workpiece are also very important.
