摘 要:作者对比C12-C18各个单体脂肪酸钠的克拉夫点、皂化温度、水溶液中皂基的最低浓度,以及去污力指标,确定以油酸钠作为皂基,利用高塔喷雾工艺生产纯皂粉。通过对加料顺序、皂化温度、皂化时间以及工艺水加量的探讨,发现使用高塔喷雾工艺生产纯皂粉的最佳工艺参数为:加料顺序为先加入油酸和纯碱,搅拌均匀后加入工艺水,皂化温度为60℃,皂化时间为15min,料浆浓度为55%-60%。The paper confirmed that the oleic acid is the best choice for producing pure soap powder with tower spray drying after studying the Krafft point, the saponification temperature, the minimum concentration of soap base in the liquid. The paper discussed the feeding sequence, saponification temperature and time, and water addition. It turns out that the optimal process parameters for tower spray drying pure soap powder as below: feed and mix oleic acid and NACO3, add process water;the saponification temperature is 60℃, time is 15min and the compound concentration is 55%~60%.
