摘　　要：通过完善个性化教育、多指标考核标准、课堂生态环境建设等方面的探索,进一步促进了教学改革的进行,培养了制药工程专业学生创新能力,加强了学生的动手能力,并在实践中不断加以完善和优化,为培养满足社会需求的制药工程高素质人才提供保证。By perfecting individualized education,multi-index assessment standard,classroom ecological environment construction and so on,the teaching reform has been further promoted,the innovation ability of pharmaceutical engineering students has been cultivated,and the practical ability of students has been strengthened.we should improve and optimize it in practice in order to provide guarantee for the cultivation of high quality talents of pharmaceutical engineering to meet the needs of the society.
