摘  要:课程考核是检验课堂教学效果、提高教学质量、培育合格人才的重要内容,也是高校培育目标人才的重要手段及方法。文章基于应用型人才培育下降的现状,主要分析多维课程考核评价模式,并提出具体的人才培育策略,旨在提高学生的综合水平和职业素养,增强学生的实践能力与创新意识,使他们具备较强的综合能力与适应能力,能够满足社会各行各业的发展需求。Course assessment is an important part of testing classroom teaching effects,improving teaching quality, and cultivating qualified talents.It is also an important means and method for colleges and universities to cultivate target talents.Based on the current situation of the decline of applied talents,this paper mainly analysed the multi-dimensional curriculum evaluation model,and put forward specific talent cultivation strategies,aiming at improving students' comprehensive level and professional quality,enhancing students' practical ability and innovative consciousness,so that they have a better strong comprehensive ability and adaptability to meet the development needs of all walks of life in society.
