摘　　要：目的:提高药学本科生实习质量。方法:从动力机制、保障机制、制约机制三个方面进行研究,加强实习过程管理,强化技能训练。结果:实习的面貌、风气得到大大改善,实习质量得到提高。结论:完善的实习制度是确保实习质量的非常重要的因素。Objective:The purpose is to improve the effect of practice of pharmaceutical undergraduates.Methods: We study from the three aspects,including power mechanism,safeguard mechanism and restriction mechanism.We should strengthen the management of internship process and strengthen the training of skills.Results:The appearance and atmosphere of the internship have been greatly improved,and the quality of internship has been improved.Conclusion: The perfect internship systemis a very important factor to ensure the quality of internship.
