摘　　要：人才培养水平和质量是衡量高校办学水平的重要标志。哈尔滨工程大学以办好人民满意的大学为第一标准,以立德树人为根本任务,紧紧围绕特色办学领域高质量人才需求,以学生发展为中心,以系统化思维探索出一条精英教育实践的特色鲜明的办学之路。学校以本科人才培养方案修订为突破口和落脚点,积极开展人才培养模式改革的探索与实践,不断提升本科人才培养质量。The level and quality of talent training is an important symbol to measure the level of running a university.Taking running a university to people's satisfaction as the priority,Harbin Engineering University regards moral education as its basic task and closely centres on the demand for high-quality talents in the fields of its characteristic education.By focusing on undergraduates' development,HEU has explored a distinctive way of running a practical elite education under the guidance of systematic thinking.With the revision of undergraduate talent training program a breakthrough and a foothold,the school has actively explored and practiced the reform of talent-training mode and has constantly improved its quality of undergraduate cultivation.
