摘  要:国际化课程建设是实现我国工程教育国际化的重要环节,应根据全球经济发展与国际人才市场的需求,合理确定课程教学内容与能力考核点。由于我国“一带一路”倡议急需培养大量熟悉国际规则、具有国际视野的土木工程专业人才,作为专业主干课的《混凝土结构设计原理》应体现出不同国家或地区设计规范在应用时的区别,并将“具有一定的国际视野、能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流”作为能力考核点。文章以“受扭构件扭曲截面承载力”内容为例,分析比较了中国、欧洲、美国设计规范的异同,提出了相应的教学内容和能力考核点。International curriculum construction is an important link to achieve education internationalization of China's engineering,we should reasonably determine the course content and ability assessment points based on the global economic development and the needs of the international talent market.Because "The Belt and Road" in China need to cultivate a large number of people familiar with international rules and civil engineering professional talents with international vision,as a professional backbone course of "Principles of Concrete Structure Design" it should embody the design code in the application of different countries or areas and take "having a certain international vision,being able to communicate in a cross-cultural context" as the ability assessment point.Taking the content of "torsional section bearing capacity of torsional members" as an example,this paper analyzes and compares the similarities and differences of design codes in China,Europe and the United States,and puts forward corresponding teaching contents and ability assessment points.
