摘　　要：目的:分析宝鸡市某医院放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果,评价2014-2015年内该医院放射工作人员个人防护措施的成效。方法:对宝鸡市某三甲医院2014-2015年间放射性工作人员的个人辐射剂量进行监测,并采用频数分析和方差分析对数据进行处理。结果:不同年份的有效监测中,2015年的年集体有效剂量和人均年有效剂量比2014年均有所下降,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);不同放射职业工种的有效监测中,核医学工作者的个人剂量均较其他职业工种明显增高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宝鸡市某医院整体的放射防护效果有所好转,但还应加强对核医学从业者的放射防护。Objective:To analyze the results of personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in a hospital of Baoji City, and to evaluate the effectiveness of personal protective measures in the hospital during 2014 to 2015. Methods:To measure monitoring of individual radiation dose by radiation workers in a first-class hospital at Grade 3 of Baoji City from 2014 to 2015, data analysis by analysis of variance.Results:Between the different years of effective monitoring,the collective effective dose and the per capita annual effective dose in 2015 were decreased which compared to 2015.Compared to other professional workers, individual dose of nuclear medicine workers were significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of radiation protection in a certain hospital in Baoji City has been improved, but the radiation protection of nuclear medicine practitioners should be strengthened.
