摘　　要：CPBL教学法是以学生为主体,分组讨论学习临床实际案例问题的一种新的学习方法。介入手术观摩可以使医学生对心血管疾病产生感性的认识和理解,有助于激发医学生的学习创新潜能。文章对CPBL教学法结合介入手术观摩应用于心血管疾病临床教学实践进行探索与思考。The mode of CPBL (Case Problem Based Learning) teaching is a new learning method on promoting student-led case discussions.Student can obtain an enhanced understanding of cardiovascular diseases by professional viewing interventional surgery,which activate creative vitality and innovative potential.This article aiming at how CPBL teaching and viewing interventional surgery work together to apply to clinical teaching carry on exploration and thought.
