玉屏风颗粒联合维生素K4及赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗新生儿AAD的疗效与安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风颗粒联合维生素K4及赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗新生儿AAD的疗效与安全性。方法:参照《医院感染诊断标准(试行)》筛选收集2016年6月至2017年12月确诊新生儿AAD的患儿135例,采用随机数字表将患儿分为A组(n=45例)、B组(n=45例)、C组(n=45例)。A组患儿给予常规治疗;B组在同A组常规治疗上加用玉屏风颗粒;C组在同B组治疗上加用维生素K4﹑赖氨葡锌颗粒。各组均5天为1个疗程,治疗过程中密切观察并记录不同组患儿腹泻频率、止泻时间、不良反应、住院时间等,及时准确处理突发情况,对治愈出院患儿进行随访,包括免疫功能、腹泻发生情况等,随访时间为8周。结果:C组总有效率优于A组和B组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组能明显减少腹泻次数及程度,改善大便性状,缓解病情,防止复发且缩短住院时间,优于A组和B组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗后未见不良反应发生。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合维生素K4及赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗新生儿AAD能明显减轻患儿痛苦,缓解症状,缩短住院时间,防止复发,减轻经济负担,是一种有效、安全的治疗方法,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Yuping wind granule combined with vitamin K4 and Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules in the treatment of neonatal AAD.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of nosocomial infection(Trial),135 cases of neonatal AAD diagnosed from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into A group(n=45 cases),B group(n=45 cases)and C group(n=45 cases)by random number table.Group A was given conventional treatment;group B was AADed with Yuping wind granule in routine treatment with group A;group C AADed vitamin K4 and Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules on the same treatment with group B.Each group was treated for 5 days for 1 courses.During the treatment,diarrhea frequency,diarrhea time,adverse reaction and hospitalization time were observed and recorded in different groups.Timely and accurate treatment of unexpected cases was carried out.All patients were followed up,including immune function and diarrhea,followed up for 8 weeks.Results: The total effective rate of group C was better than that of group A and group B,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Group C can significantly reduce the frequency and degree of diarrhea,improve stool characteristics,alleviate the disease,prevent recurrence and shorten the length of stay in hospital.It is better than group A and group B,and the difference between the three groups is statistically significant(P <0.05).No adverse reactions occurred after treatment in the three groups.Conclusion: Yuping wind granule combined with vitamin K4 and Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules in the treatment of neonatal AAD can obviously relieve pain,relieve symptoms,shorten hospitalization time,prevent recurrence and reduce economic burden.It is an effective and safe treatment method,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
