摘　　要：研究了制药企业在直供模式下医药供应链的运作优化问题,涉及采购、生产、库存、分销等多个环节,综合考虑运作成本和服务水平两个优化目标,构建了医药供应链运作优化模型。模型采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行求解,相较于单目标优化方法,多目标优化提供了一组帕累托最优方案,决策者在选择方案时可以综合考虑多方面因素,作出更合理的选择。This paper studies the optimization of pharmaceutical supply chain operation in pharmaceutical enterprises under direct supply mode, involving procurement, production, inventory, distribution and other links. Considering the two optimization objectives of operation cost and service level, an optimization model of pharmaceutical supply chain operation is established. The model is solved by NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm. Compared with single-objective optimization method, multi-objective optimization provides a set of Pareto optimal schemes. Decision makers can comprehensively consider various factors in selecting schemes and make more reasonable choices.
