摘　　要：当前,我国正处在传统制造业向服务型制造业的转型阶段,应研究制造业和物流业之间的内在联系,充分利用物流业的发展优势助力制造业。以灰色关联理论为基础,在分析山西省制造业和物流业各自现状的基础上,通过对两业的相关指标进行数据分析,反映当前山西省两业之间的联系程度,为其协调联动发展提供参考依据。In this paper, based on the grey relation theory, we analyzed the respective status quo of the manufacturing and logistics industries in Shanxi, and through analyzing the data of the relevant indexes of the two industries, demonstrated the degree of linkage between the two of the province at the current stage, which could serve as a referential basis for the joint development of the two industries.
