摘  要:为解决卷烟厂在工商交接原烟收购环节中存在的烟丝造碎率高、劳动用工多、强度大、收购效率低等问题,在曲靖卷烟厂该部分作业流程和系统特点的基础上设计了一套原烟卸车装框物流系统。该系统综合运用升降平台、剔除装置、输送机等设备,通过PLC控制机器运行、RFID识别等实现烟包运输全过程的信息跟踪、红外感应等,实现烟包的自动抽样。系统的升降平台采用分层卸车模式,可满足同车多等级的装车要求并大幅降低烟叶造碎。最后通过Em-plant仿真软件对系统进行仿真分析,并根据仿真结果对系统进行了优化。In view of the problems of high cut tobacco breakage rate, high labor cost and intensity, and low acquisition efficiency, etc., in the industry-commerce handover and raw tobacco acquisition processes of the cigarette factories, and based on the working processes and system characteristics of Qujing Cigarette Factory in this regard, we designed a raw tobacco unloading and crating logistics system. The system designed makes comprehensively use of such equipment as lifting platform, rejecting device, and conveyor, etc., and through PLC and RFID identification, etc., realizes information tracking, infrared sensing and automatic sampling in the whole process of cigarette packet transportation. The lifting platform works in the layered unloading mode, which can meet the multi- level loading requirements of single vehicles and greatly reduce tobacco leaf breakage rate. Next, we simulated the system using Em-plant, found the existing inefficiencies and made the corresponding corrections. At last, we validated the optimization plan for the system through a simulation analysis.
