摘  要:为了改变物流行业大量人力、物力高消耗和低效率的现状,在对国内外物流集散中心运作模式进行调研的基础上,借鉴国外先进分拣理念,提出了一种物流集散中心智能分拣技术,该技术使用万向传输功能进行智能分拣,其突破了传统分拣传送带或传送小车的限制。同时,为了提高分拣准确度和效率,研发了基于RFID的批量阅读识别子系统,该子系统与分拣平台、服务端子系统集成为一套完整的物流集散中心智能分拣平台,该平台仿真结果表明可以明显提高物流自动分拣与配送效率,达到改善目前人力、物力高消耗和低效率的问题。In order to improve the current logistics industry in terms of huge manpower requirement, high resources consumption and low efficiency, and based on an investigation of the operation mode of logistics hubs at home and abroad, this paper proposes an intelligent sorting process for logistics hubs by drawing from the advanced concept from overseas. This process makes use of the universal transmission function for intelligent sorting, which breaks through the limitations of traditional sorting conveyors or transporting trolleys. At the same time, in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the sorting process, it develops an RFID-based batch reading and recognition subsystem, which, together with the sorting platform and service terminal subsystem, forms a complete intelligent sorting platform for the logistics distribution center. The result from the simulation of the platform shows that the platform could remarkably improve the efficiency of automatic sorting and distribution, thus solving the problems with manpower requirement, resources consumption and efficiency.
