摘　　要：H后方仓库担负着装备的收发管储任务,由于其在仓储管理建设上的滞后性,其存在诸多问题。以该仓库装备存储管理问题为切入点,基于EIQ分析法对仓库装备收发数据进行分析,找出各类装备存储管理的特点和规律,从而对仓储管理问题进行改进与优化。In this paper, in view of the problems existing in the equipment storage management of the backside warehouse H, and based on the EIQ analysis method, we analyzed the data of equipment reception and shipment of the warehouse to identify the characteristics and pattern of the storage management of various types of equipment based on which to improve and optimize the management practice of the warehouse.
