摘 要:为了实现源网荷和需求侧资源的协调规划及满足用户对配电网供电可靠性的要求,该文在充分计及配电网的可靠性和需求侧响应的基础上提出一种多目标的配电网规划模型。首先,考虑典型负荷和分布式电源的时序特性,建立基于分时电价的用户响应模型;其次,综合考虑配电网供电可靠性和规划成本,对分布式电源的容量、需求响应的负荷变化、配电网的新建线路、升级线路等变量做出决策,采用改进的粒子群算法进行模型的求解,模型求解完成后可以得到一组含规划结果的帕累托解集,经逼近理想解排序求得解集中的最优方案作为模型折衷的最优方案;最后,该文对改进的IEEE33节点配电系统进行仿真验算,验证该文构建的考虑可靠性及需求响应的配电网规划模型的有效性,为含分布式电源的配电网规划提供思路。On the basis of fully considering the reliability and demand-side response of distribution network, this paper proposes a multi-objective distribution network planning model, aiming to realize the coordinated planning of source network load and demand-side resources and meet the demand of users for the reliability of distribution network. Firstly, the typical time-sequence characteristics of load and distributed generations are considered while the customer’s response model based on time-of-use price is built. Then, taking the power supply reliability and planning cost of the distribution network into comprehensive consideration, this paper makes the decision on the distributed power supply capacity, load change of demand response, new line of the distribution network, upgraded line and other variables. The solution method of the model is the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. After solving the model, a set of Pareto solution set with programming results can be obtained where the optimal solution, which is a compromise optimal solution of the model, is obtained by TOPSIS method. Finally, the simulation calculation of the improved IEEE 33-node distribution system is carried out in this paper, which demonstrates demonstrating the effectiveness of the distribution network planning model considering reliability and demand response constructed in this paper, and can provide providing ideas for the distribution network planning including distributed generations.
