摘　　要：血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)已有100多年历史;近20多年在HD基础上逐步发展出系列血液净化技术。目前HD仍然是最广泛使用的血液净化方法,主要用于尿毒症患者的维持性治疗。本文综述了中国HD发展的历史,包括透析器、血管通路以及方式的发展等。Hemodialysis is one of the first clinical treatment technologies featured by blood extracorporeal circulation. It has been used for the treatment of uremic patients for more than 100 years. In recent 20 years, a series of blood purification technologies have been developed based on hemodialysis. To date, hemodialysis is still the most widely used blood purification technology. This paper summarizes the development of hemodialysis technology in China, including the development of equipment (including materials) and hemodialysis methods.
