摘 要:腹膜透析是终末期肾病患者的三大替代治疗方法之一。腹膜透析相关性腹膜纤维化是腹膜透析的主要并发症,也是腹膜透析治疗失败的重要原因之一。腹膜透析相关性腹膜纤维化主要发病机制有转化生长因子-β1表达异常、微小RNA表达异常以及上皮间质转化等。近年来,研究发现巨噬细胞在腹膜纤维化的发生和发展中发挥着重要的作用。本文主要就巨噬细胞对腹膜透析相关性腹膜纤维化的研究进展进行综述。Peritoneal dialysis (PD) is one of the three effective treatments for end- stage renal failure. However, peritoneal fibrosis is an important complication in PD patients, and is one of the important causes leading to failure of PD. The pathogenesis of peritoneal fibrosis includes abnormal expressions of transforming growth factor-β1 and microRNA, epithelial- mesenchymal transition, etc. Recently, many studies report that macrophages play an important part in the occurrence and development of peritoneal fibrosis. This review focuses on the research advances in macrophage cells in the pathogenesis of PD related peritoneal fibrosis.
