经验性回避在血液透析患者创伤后成长与自我和谐间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探索经验性回避在血液透析患者创伤后成长与自我和谐间的中介效应,进而寻找提升血液透析患者积极应对疾病创伤的有效途径。方法采用创伤后成长评定量表、接纳与行动问卷第二版、自我和谐量表对292名接受血液透析患者进行调查,并对数据进行相关和回归分析。结果血液透析患者自我和谐总分对创伤后成长有负向预测作用(β=-0.465,P=0.008);经验性回避在血液透析患者创伤后成长与自我和谐间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的28.16%。结论提高血液透析患者的自我和谐水平,指导其认识自我与经验之间的关系是增加患者创伤后成长的有效方式。Objective To explore the mediating effects of experiential avoidance in the posttraumatic growth, self-consistency and congruence in order to search for effective methods to positively cope with traumas in hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 292 hemodialysis patients in our hospital were recruited and assessed by Post- traumatic Growth Inventory, Acceptance Action Questionnaire, and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale. SPSS 17.0 software was used to process the data. Result Experiential avoidance mediated the relationship between self consistency and posttraumatic growth, and the value of mediating effect was 43.16%. Conclusion Transforming the experiential avoidance and improving the self consistency and congruence level may be the effective methods to increase posttraumatic growth in hemodialysis patients.
