基于个性化的多媒体健康教育在输卵管造影手术患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于个性化的多媒体健康教育在子宫输卵管造影手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我科行输卵管造影手术患者240例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,各120例。对照组术前给予常规护理和传统健康教育,研究组在常规护理基础上采用个性化的多媒体健康教育。使用状态—特质焦虑问卷(STAI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和自制满意度问卷,评估比较两组术前焦虑情况、术中疼痛程度和对护理工作满意度。结果 研究组术前状态焦虑(SAI)评分、特质焦虑(TAI)评分和术中疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)分别为(37.73±5.56)分、(35.80±6.70)分和(4.09±2.96)分,要明显低于对照组的(46.54±5.47)分、(48.50±5.92)分和(4.79±1.41)分,研究组对护理工作满意度评分为(33.60±3.13)分,要明显高于对照组的(32.64±1.86)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于个性化的多媒体健康教育有助于降低输卵管造影手术患者术前焦虑水平、术中疼痛程度,有利于提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得进一步推广。Objective Application of individualized multimedia health education in patients undergoing hysterosalpingography. Methods 240 cases of salpingography in our department were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission,120 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing and traditional health education before operation.The study group adopted individualized multimedia health education on the basis of routine nursing.The State-Trait Anxiety Questionnaire (STAI),visual analogue scale (VAS)and self-designed satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate and compare the preoperative anxiety,intraoperative pain and nursing job satisfaction between the two groups. Results The preoperative state anxiety (SAI),trait anxiety (TAI)and (VAS) of study group were (37.73±5.56)、(35.80±6.70)and (4.09±2.96),respectively.It was significantly lower than that of the control group (46.54±5.47)、(48.50±5.92)and (4.79±1.41)points respectively.The score of satisfaction with nursing work in the study group was (33.60±3.13),which was significantly higher than that in the control group (32.64±1.86).The differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized multimedia health education is helpful to reduce the preoperative anxiety and intraoperative pain of patients undergoing salpingography.It is also helpful to improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work and is worthy of further promotion.
