突发事件舆情中的大学生心理特征及教育引导研究

摘　　要：要处理好高校突发事件的舆情工作,针对大学生的心理特点进行沟通和引导是关键之举。研究采用分层整群抽样方式,对410名在校大学生进行调查。通过对数据整理和描述性统计分析、探索性因子分析、典型相关分析得出:“情绪反应”和“关注程度”两个因子的均值比较高,验证了舆情演变过程中选择性心理受众的积极思维现象和行为结果。突发事件网络舆情激化过程中高校的管理模式对大学生心理与行为也会产生一定的影响。高校突发事件演变成舆情,与大学生情绪、对突发事件的评估以及对校方突发事件管理模式的满意度存在相关关系。In order to deal with the public opinion work in colleges and universities,it is crucial to communicate and guide students according to their psychological characteristics.By using stratified cluster samping method,investigation was conducted among 410 subjects.Through data collation and descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis,it is concluded that the mean values of “emotional response” and “degree of concern” are relatively high.It verified the positive thinking phenomenon and behavior result of the selective psychological audience.In the process of online public opinion intensification of emergencies,the management mode of colleges and universities will also have a certain impact on the psychological behavior of college students.There is a correlation between public opinion and students 'emotions,assessment of emergencies and satisfaction with the management model of school emergencies.
