摘　　要：文章介绍了广西桂林图书馆民国文献馆藏现状和编目概况,并从职业道德修养、查重能力和历史文化知识等方面阐述了编目人员需具备的从业素养。This paper introduces the current situation of literature collection and cataloguing of the Republic of China in the Guilin Library, and expounds the professional qualities of cataloguers from the aspects of professional ethics cultivation, re-examination ability and historical and cultural knowledge.
