摘　　要：工业经济增长是在既定的制度框架实现的,外商直接投资作为贸易开放的行为之一,其本身也是一种制度变迁。本文基于“制度因素”的视角,以区域经济协同发展为目标引领,研究三者之间的关系。(1)结合FDI与贸易开放在空间聚集上的高度耦合性,依据耦合和复杂适应系统理论,构建两者与工业经济增长的关联框架;(2)运用重心模型和空间耦合性,验证两者在空间上的关联性,并根据两者的空间溢出效应,构建计量经济模型,选用2008~2018年29个省市的面板数据,实证分析了FDI与贸易开放对工业经济增长区域差异的协同影响性;(3)从工业经济增长区域均衡发展的角度,对FDI与贸易开放制度优化提出针对性建议。Industrial economic growth is achieved within the established institutional framework. As one of the behaviors of trade opening, FDI itself is also a kind of institutional change. Therefore, based on the perspective of “institutional factors”, tak ing the coordinated development of regional economy as the goal, it adopts the “hypothesis-empirical test model” to study the rela tionship among them. Firstly, combining the highly coupling of FDI and trade openness in spatial agglomeration, according to the theory of coupling and complex adaptive system, this paper constructs the framework of the relationship between FDI and industrial economic growth, and puts forward relevant hypotheses. Then, using the gravity center model and spatial coupling, it verifies the spatial correlation between FDI and trade openness, and according to their spatial spillover effect, it constructs an econometric model. Based on the panel data of 29 provinces and municipalities from 2008 to 2018, this paper empirically analyses the synergis tic effect of FDI and trade openness on the regional disparities of industrial economic growth, thus verifying all hypotheses. Finally, according to the research conclusions, from the perspective of balanced regional development of industrial economic growth, this paper puts forward pertinent suggestions on the optimization of FDI and trade opening system.
