临床路径管理对首发精神分裂症认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径管理对首发精神分裂症认知功能的影响。方法回顾分析2018年1月-12月期间接收的100例首发精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组均为50例,对照组运用常规治疗管理,观察组运用临床路径管理,分析不同治疗后患者BPRS、TESS、认知功能等情况。结果观察组实施后临床路径管理治疗后BPRS、TESS等指标降低幅度显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);在认知功能指数上,两组有明显差异,数据对比有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论临床路径管理对首发精神分裂症认知功能有较好的改善作用,有助于改善BPRS、TESS等疾病评估指标,对促进患者患者恢复更为理想。Objective To probe into the influence of clinical pathway management for cognitive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with first-episode schizophrenia received between January and December 2018 was randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group used clinical path management. The BPRS,TESS and cognitive function of patients after different treatments were analyzed. Results After the implementation of clinical pathway management,the BPRS,TESS and other indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). In terms of cognitive function index,there was significant differences between the two groups,and the data was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The clinical pathway management can improve the cognitive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia,which it is helpful to improve the disease assessment indexes such as BPRS and TESS and so on,and it is more ideal for promoting the recovery of patients.
