下肢活动支架预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在ICU患者中使用下肢活动支架预防下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的应用效果。方法将2016年1月-2018年9月收治的60例ICU患者按随机数字表法等分成对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组接受预防下肢DVT的常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以下肢活动支架固定患者下肢的护理干预,对两组护理后的各观察指标进行比较。结果两组接受不同护理方法处置后观察组股静脉流速和临床疗效指标显著高于对照组,下肢深静脉血栓发生情况相关指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论使用下肢活动支架固定患者下肢的护理干预,可以降低下肢DVT的发生率,明显改善ICU患者股静脉血流情况,有效预防下肢深静脉血栓。Objective To investigate the use of my limbs movable support prevention of deep vein thrombosis( DVT) of the lower limb application results in ICU patients. Methods Sixty ICU patients admitted from January 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,30 in each group. The control group received routine nursing to prevent DVT of the lower extremity. The observation group was given the nursing intervention of the lower limbs of the lower extremity active stent fixation on the basis of the control group,and the observation indexes of the two groups were compared. Results After receiving different nursing methods in the two groups,the femoral vein velocity and clinical efficacy index of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The correlation index of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of lower limbs to fix the lower limbs of the patients can reduce the incidence of DVT in the lower extremities,significantly improve the blood flow of the femoral vein in ICU patients,and effectively prevent venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.
