摘　　要：对离子膜法烧碱生产系统一次盐水工序预处理系统、氢氧化钠加入位置及精制剂的自动控制系统、界区内盐泥回收系统、改造机泵结构以及取消加压溶气罐等进行了工艺改造。项目实施后,共计实现经济效益984万元;为国内氯碱行业工艺优化提供了新思路,为氯碱企业自身挖潜增效、环境保护、节能减排等方面提供了参考,社会效益也非常可观。Technical renovations were carried out on ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production system, including the pretreatment system of primary brine process, the addition position of sodium hydroxide, the automatic control system of refining agents, the salt sludge recovery system in the boundary area, the structure of pumps, and the elimination of pressure gas dissolution tank. The renovations brought a total economic benefit of ￥ 9. 84 million yuan, provided a new idea for the process optimization in domestic chlor - alkali industry, provided reference for chlor - alkali enterprises to tap their own potentials, to increase efficiency, to protect environment, to save energy and to reduce emission, etc., and produced considerable social benefits.
