中药热奄包联合布洛芬片对混合痔术后疼痛患者的干预作用

摘　　要：目的:观察吴茱萸加粗盐的中药热奄包热敷腹部联合布洛芬片对混合痔行外痔剪扎术加痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)患者术后疼痛的干预作用.方法:将120例混合痔行外痔剪扎术加痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例.治疗组采用布洛芬片口服联合中药热奄包热敷腹部治疗,对照组采用布洛芬片口服治疗.观察两组术后疼痛的程度(采用NRS评分),比较两组的治疗效果.结果:治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论:中药热奄包联合布洛芬片对减轻混合痔患者术后疼痛、焦虑情绪有较好的疗效,具有操作简单、方便、有效及安全性高、舒适性好等优点.Objectives:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hot package of Wuzhuyu and crude salt combined with Ibuprofen tablets on postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing External Hemorrhoidectomy plus Procedure for prolapse and Hemorrhoids(PPH). Methods:120 cases of mixed hemorrhoids after External Hemorrhoidectomy Plus Procedure for prolapse and Hemorrhoids(PPH)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Ibuprofen tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hot package on the abdomen. The control group was treated with Ibuprofen tablets orally.Results:In total effective rate, the treatment group was higher than the control group,(95.00% vs80.00%,P<0.05). The treatment group for treatment of postoperative pain was superior to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hot package combined with Ibuprofen tablets has a good effect on reducing postoperative pain and anxiety in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,it has the advantages of simple operation,convenient,effective and high security.
