摘　　要：昆明春之眼商业中心钢管混凝土与框架梁节点施工中,改变传统做法,采用环梁节点避免了钢管柱上开孔穿筋,不影响混凝土浇筑,施工效率高,整体受力好,质量可靠,且节省了成本.During steel tube concrete and frame beam node construction of Kunming Chunzhiyan (Eye of Spring) Commercial Center, traditional method was replaced by ring beam node to successfully avoid drilling hole and inserting steel bar on the steel pipe column. Ring beam node had no influence on concrete grouting, but had high construction efficiency, favorable stress, reliable quality and low construction cost.
