摘  要:昆明春之眼商业中心施工中,针对业主分三期开发对施工节奏的影响,经研究决定采用PVC管柱替代后浇带架体作为临时支撑体系,节约了施工成本,解决了因分期开发带来的钢管柱件租赁费用高昂问题.During construction of Kunming Chunzhiyan (Eye of Spring) Commercial Center project, the owner planned to develop the project in three phases, but it may influence the construction schedule. After study, it was determined to replace the post-pouring belt frame with PVC pipe column, which was used as temporary support system, not only saving the construction cost, but also solving the high lease expense of steel pipe column in multi-phase development.
