摘 要:某高层建筑地下室顶板后浇带施工中,针对采用钢管、方木、模板的传统做法材料费用高,架体维护时间长,后浇带两侧梁板易变形、裂缝、渗水等缺陷,对后浇带两侧梁板采用钢柱支撑,研究钢柱安装、混凝土浇筑、支撑拆除等工艺,保证了结构质量,提高了周转材料使用率,节省了施工成本.During basement roof post-pouring belt construction of a high-rise building project, traditional construction method which uses steel pipe, rectangular timber and formwork has some shortcomings, such as high material cost, long frame maintenance time, as well as deformation, crack and leakage of beam slabs on both sides of the post-pouring belt. Therefore, steel column support was used for the beam slab on both sides of the post-pouring belt. Steel column installation, concrete pouring and support dismantlement were studied, to guarantee the structure quality, improve material turnover times and save construction cost.
