摘  要:目的:研究实验性牙移动及其引起的咬合变化对牙周神经末梢标记物分布,及对牙周终末雪旺细胞标记物S-100和神经营养素-3(neurotrophin-3,NT-3)的表达。方法:用正畸皮圈推左侧上颌和右侧下颌第三磨牙向远中移动。用免疫荧光检测移动牙及其对颌牙牙周膜中牙周神经末梢标记物蛋白基因产物9.5(protein gene product 9.5,PGP 9.5),雪旺细胞末梢标记物S-100及神经营养因子NT-3表达的变化。结果:移动牙及移动牙的对颌牙出现PGP 9.5表达的一过性降低及分布变化,以及S-100及NT-3表达的一过性增多,且S-100和NT-3有共表达。结论:实验性牙移动及其引起的咬合变化可影响牙周神经末梢标记物的分布,终末雪旺细胞及其表达的NT-3可能在其中起积极作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of experimental tooth movement and concomitant occlusal changes on the distribution of periodontal nerve endings marker and terminal Schwann cells marker S-100 and neurotrophin-3 (NT-3) expression in periodontium. Methods: Maxillary left and mandibular right third molars were moved distally by the propulsive force of an elastic band. Changes of periodontal nerve endings marker protein gene product 9.5 ( PGP 9.5 ), S-100 and NT-3 expression in periodontal ligament of the moved and occlusal opposing molars were evaluated with immunofluorescence. Results: Tooth movement and occlusal changes resulted in temporary decrease and distribution changes of periodontal nerve endings, and a temporary increase of S-100 and NT-3 expression. There was a co-expression of S-100 and NT-3. Conclusion: Experimental tooth movement and concomitant occlusal changes may cause changes of periodontal nerve endings marker in the distribution. Terminal Schwann cells marker and their NT-3 expression may play an important positive role in this process.
